PESCHKE develops trend-setting products for international clients – from startups to corporations. Our focus is on UX/UI », product design », 3D & motion design », software development » and marketing and communication design ». For this purpose, we develop intuitive UX/UI designs for digital products such as apps that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but support users in performing their tasks as easily as possible.
To support our UX/UI design team, we are looking for a talented and motivated UX/UI designer (f/m/d) with at least four years of experience and an independent working style. Our UX/UI projects span diverse areas such as software interfaces for the capital goods industry or app interface designs for applications in measurement technology, glass production, metal casting and injection moulding.

Your workday starts between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. At the beginning of the week, you plan the tasks for the coming days. Your first task is to research and create user personas for an app design project with a colleague. You define imagery and mood boards for the first design concepts. After completion, you switch to another project – a human-machine interface for a client in the glass production industry. You have already presented the first prototypes to the client and have detailed knowledge about the production processes and the technical background, which you have incorporated into the design. After today’s client meeting, you start optimising the visualisation of various production-relevant parameters. In regular feedback rounds, you consult with the customer and the rest of the team.
Important to note: This does not describe an exact work day, but serves to illustrate the different areas of work!
Based on your qualifications and experience, we will agree on a suitable yearly salary starting at €42,000 gross (on a 40h basis). Alright, now you know everything.
