MVP (Minimum Viable Product)

A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is a simple, functioning model of a new product that is created with the least possible resources. The aim of an MVP is to bring a product to market quickly in order to obtain initial reactions and feedback from real users. Only functions that are absolutely necessary for the actual purpose are implemented. This allows companies to recognise at an early stage whether their idea is well received and what needs to be improved. Based on user feedback, the product can be improved step by step. An MVP therefore helps to avoid unnecessary risks and make product development more efficient by saving resources.
