Our design team covers different disciplines such as UI/UX design, product design, consulting and marketing. Everyone in our team contributes with their own set of skills, but also with their unique personality. What unites us is the joy of developing high quality products with our clients – be it hardware, digital or service.
Working creatively is a given in our industry, but we also work in a versatile and application-oriented way. We look at our solutions and approaches from all angles to exploit the full potential and achieve the best possible results for our clients and their final users.
The reason: good design is not just about creating something that fulfils aesthetic requirements. Of course, this is part of good design, but more than that we want to understand the project background and the end users in all their facets. This is the only way to realise the full potential and to achieve the best possible results for our clients and users.
You can find our current vacancies below. We are always happy to receive impressive unsolicited applications. We look forward to hearing from you!
Working for us is worthwhile. No two days are the same: Boredom does not exist in our vocabulary. Our design projects are not just about sprucing up a new application. We delve into the nitty-gritty and extract the last few percent of efficiency for our clients. After all, design should first and foremost fulfil a practical purpose – and thus make a user’s life easier and safer. If meaningful design is also close to your heart, you’ve come to the right place!
… and we do our best to live by it! We particularly welcome applications that contribute to the diversity of PESCHKE and would like to encourage applicants from different backgrounds, ethnicities, nationalities, ages, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities and those with disabilities to apply to us. We want to get to know you for who you are!
After all, talent and a great personality contribute much more to our team than belonging to a social majority. Every single one of us shares this attitude. When selecting our applicants, we therefore focus on finding people who are the best addition to our team based on their professional expertise and character.
Important: Unfortunately, we have one exception. Our building is not barrier-free for people with limited mobility. As the office is situated in a listed building, we are unable to implement the necessary structural measures to achieve full accessibility.
Up before the sun or most productive in the evening? Not to worry – our flexible working times and home office days have got you covered. (Don’t worry, we don’t offer all-in contracts ♥)
Classic 9 to 5 or modern part-time lifestyle? You get to decide! Everyone has different wants and needs that we can cover with individual working time models.
Not only the design industry is growing – we want our employees to grow too. We therefore place great value on supporting everyone in our team with opportunities to hone their skills and to learn new ones.
We are a wild mix of great characters and work exceptionally well as a team. We are looking forward to welcome our newest team member!
3D renderings go through a multi-stage process to get from raw 3D data to a photorealistic end result. Depending on the project, we start with 3D modelling, followed by shading, lighting and compositing. For the finishing touches, we often use Photoshop (for static renderings), Nuke and AfterEffects (for 3D animations) to add or improve backgrounds, shading, visual effects and details. ✨

Mould set-up procedures and processes on injection moulding machines are becoming increasingly complex. This means that many machine operators need a control unit that is specifically designed for these higher demands.
Our design of the high-end control unit ENGEL CC300 plus caters to the need of this ‘plus’ in operator ergonomics and personalisation. Features such as new haptic control elements and tilt adjustability enable work efficiency despite the higher complexity.

In our latest blog post, we talk about the advantages of circular design. This time, the focus is not primarily on environmental benefits, but what you as a producer, and even as a consumer, can gain from circular design.
This becomes particularly appararent when looking at the following statistics that are a result of our unsustainable economy: The product lifespan, on average, decreased by 20% between 2000 and 2015. Failing products cost the average German consumer €110 per month.
On the positive side: Moving towards a more circular economy could create 700,000 new jobs in the EU by 2030, while increasing innovation and boosting economic growth.
There is huge potential to make a positive change towards a circular economy through design: a solid 80% of a product’s environmental impact is determined during the design phase.
Better for the environment, better for your finances – that’s what we call a win-win situaton, and we can achieve that together 💪

Be it energy recovery through waste incineration or the repair of electronic goods: the management of renewables and finite materials is essential to circular economies. 🌍♻️
Our product design supports circular resource management whenever possible by enabling the reuse of finite resources. How? By designing products for modularity, separability, longevity and efficiency of materials as well as customisability and additional functionalities. ⚙️

Part 4/5 of our inclusion series: Inclusion boosts innovation 💪
The Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion of the University of St. Gallen conducted a study with 228 production teams in automobile manufacturing. The study showed that innovative power increases with the level of inclusion in a team. Why? Because higher disability diversity results in the generation of more ideas – as long as the inclusion climate is high.
Increasing inclusion, therefore, not only provides more people with equal opportunities, it directly benefits their workplace by improving output.

Exelliq is a world market leader in extrusion, offering premium quality, advanced technology and customer service around the globe. As part of our branding and positioning project with Exelliq, we created an image folder to visualise the company’s strengths and USPs.
The folder concept is based on the marketing concept of “insight, benefit and reason to believe”. Structuring the folder this way supports the message that Exelliq offers fitting solutions for the high demands of their customers' production systems. ⚙️

Part 3/5 of our inclusion series: The four quadrants of the St. Gallen inclusion index
Time to put it all together 🔗 Based on the level of authenticity and belonging, we can place the four stages from exclusion to inclusion on a graph. This illustrates the importance of high levels of authenticity and belonging to make inclusion possible.
Which quadrant best reflects your workplace situation?

Part 2/5 of our inclusion series: How do you measure and define inclusion?
Without clear definitions, we cannot achieve accurate assessments. For this purpose, the University of St. Gallen has developed an inclusion index for work environments that is based on four dimensions:
» Authenticity: “My team empowers me to be authentic.”
» Belonging: “My team makes me feel like I belong.”
» Synergy: “In my team, all employees can contribute their ideas and opinions”
» Equal opportunities: “In my team, there are fair career opportunities for all employees.“
Measuring inclusion is important because inclusion brings many advantages: Diversity, health and innovative power. Achieving high inclusion in the workplace requires inclusive HR management in e.g. recruitment, adaptation of workplaces, career management and leadership.
Is your workplace inclusive?

Inclusion means equal access to equal opportunities and resources. While inclusion is a human right, many still face discrimination and exclusion due to race, gender, nationality, age, sexual orientation or gender identity.
The thing about inclusion is: It is not only important for discriminated individuals, but for us all. Diversity and representation make for a better society and also for more successful teams in professional environments.
In this 5-part series on inclusion, we want to inform about the importance of inclusion, as well as how workplaces can benefit from it.
Today, we’re starting with a brief visualisation of different states from exclusion to inclusion.
