ABOUT US

PESCHKE design studio

We are a multidisciplinary design team and can therefore offer our clients the full service package. This includes the creative disciplines UX and UI design, content creation and product design, but also our skills in strategy and software development. Everyone in our team contributes with their own set of skills, but also with their unique personality. What unites us? The joy of developing high quality products with our clients – be it hardware, digital or service.

Working creatively is a given in our industry, but we also work in an application-oriented, user-centred manner and look at our solutions and approaches from all angles. The reason: Good design is not just about creating something beautiful. We want to understand the project background and the end users from the ground up. This enables us to exploit the full potential and achieve the best possible results for our clients and their final users.

Meet the team

We love our job. That shows in what we do: We go the extra mile. Or ten. What else we love? Complex projects that really challenge us and allow us to fully apply our talents and experience. And the best part: everyone in our incredible team pulls together and does their best. That’s what makes us strong.

Alexander has passion for communication and strategy and excels at making data-driven, informed decisions. He is always on a mission to optimise internal processes and to squeeze out the last possible amount of quality and competitive edge for our clients. He is a driving force, true to his word and always has an open ear, even in intense phases.

Be it management or product design, Matthias always approaches projects in a considered, charming and calm manner. Self-confident due to decades of experience, he points out potential obstacles right from the start and thus sets the course for successful collaboration.

Katja is the strategic addition to the creative team and keeps track of all relevant processes. In addition to PESCHKE’s financial matters, her passion is the topic of service design, as well as the associated intensive consultation with clients. The human component is always at the centre.

Be it copy, project management, design checks or website development: Cornelia’s detail-oriented and attentive eyes hardly miss a thing. She plays a key role in team coordination, takes a proactive and solution-oriented approach to project tasks and places great value on the solidarity of everyone involved.

As Customer Relationship & Office Manager, Marielle is a mainstay in our design studio. She applies her organisational skills and empathetic manner to ensure that internal processes run smoothly. Her journalistic background also makes her the ideal support for carrying out research for our social media and blog posts.

Michael is known for his pronounced and deep technical understanding, which enables him to very quickly think of technically feasible solutions. His dedication to realising the full potential for improvement and his thorough working style serve our clients well: Long-standing customers like ENGEL receive outstanding quality and future-proof solutions.

Ana complements the UX/UI team with her international perspective and her talent for asking the right questions to optimise designs. She also has another superpower: Even in stressful phases, her relaxed energy guarantees a calm and pleasant atmosphere that helps everyone work productively.

Lisa is the youngest in our UX/UI team, but that does not take away from her creative power or expertise. She brings in new design aspects, a fresh perspective and regularly enthuses clients with her UI designs. As if that weren’t enough, she is also a particularly talented illustrator.

Mathias Schaffer, 3D Artist bei PESCHKE

Mathias is our detail-orientated 3D artist, who is able to thoroughly visualise complex 3D scenes with his mind before executing them. He has a strong sense of aesthetics and a clear understanding of our customers’ vision. This enables him to identify and implement desired render styles very quickly.

Florian Salvesberger, 3D Artist bei PESCHKE

Florian is our expert in the field of character animation and motion capture; you can sometimes spot him walking around the office in his motion capture suit. He keeps calm even in stressful situations and always has a can-do attitude. Florian is also an illustrator, concept artist and lecturer for 3D.

Spotting bugs makes Niclas’ heart beat faster. His trained eye immediately notices errors in programmed applications. Thanks to his IT skills, he finds their cause and, as a true wizard, comes up with sophisticated solutions almost on the spot. This ensures the high quality of our software development projects.

As a developer, Mirjam benefits from her inquisitiveness. She really wants to understand and learn new things, and find better ways and solutions. Inconsistencies in the code and inefficient processes don’t stand a chance. This also benefits her with new systems and test devices: she quickly gains an overview and doesn’t lose sight of it, even when functionalities get complex.

User-centred, intuitive & ergonomic

In product design, it is essential to focus on the needs of the users. Particularly, machine operators often don’t have the option to choose the interface or machine they work on. Therefore, we are dedicated to designing both digital and physical products that meet users’ daily work requirements. This improves user experience, shortens training times and leads to more efficient workflows.

Digital & physical accessibility

Inclusion matters to us – and we live by this principle. In design, this means creating products that can be used effectively by (almost) everyone, be it physical or digital. Digital accessibility follows the WCAG guidelines, which enable equal opportunities for users, cover a broader target audience and will be legally mandatory as of June 2025 (see EAA – European Accessibility Act). Learn more about digital accessibility here.

Circular Design & sustainability

For us, product design and circular design are inseparable. We see it as our responsibility to create products that are sustainably designed for long-term use wherever possible. Your business can also greatly benefit from the advantages of circular design. Beyond formal ESG reporting regulations, sustainability is important to us on both social and economic levels – whether it’s fostering a welcoming workplace where our employees thrive or developing future-proof solutions that contribute to your long-term financial success.

Long-term partnerships

Achieving success together: we make this possible through long-term collaboration. We have been working with clients like ENGEL, ZEISS and UpNano on various design projects and decisions for many years. This enables us to build a strong foundation for effective communication, quickly adapt to new projects and have an in-depth understanding of the product history and company values. Such partnerships allow us to tailor new product developments and communication campaigns precisely to the specific needs and visions of our clients.
