For your digital products to be convincing, they must not only look appealing and modern – they must also function flawlessly and be intuitive to use.
Our UX design service optimises the interaction between users and products as well as services. We create user-friendly, accessible and competitive solutions that meet the expectations of your diverse user base.
Not only modern consumer goods, but also technical niche products such as machine controls and software require convincing UX design.
At PESCHKE, we combine decades of know-how in industrial design with your industry expertise to successfully design sophisticated industrial applications such as websites, apps and HMIs.

Our experienced UX designers thoroughly review the current status of your digital product from a user experience perspective to uncover potential for optimisation – especially for efficiency and work safety at the operator interface.
The aim of the UX audit is to provide your development team with specific recommendations for action to achieve possible improvements.
Depending on the project, the audit takes 2-5 days and can also be combined with UX testing.
User research ensures a deep understanding of user needs and target group characteristics. This leads to products that are better tailored to your users, thus increasing satisfaction and strengthening customer loyalty.
Important elements of user research are
Persona workshops take place over 1-2 working days. User research sprints last 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity and size of the project.
The UX concept includes the planning and design of the user experience. A well designed concept ensures an intuitive, user-friendly application, reduces errors and abandonment rates and increases the frequency of use.
This helps recognise problems at an early stage, save costs in the long term and improve market opportunities. The UX concept is based on the following areas:
Are you planning a new project?
In UX writing (user experience writing), we write clear, concise and consistent texts for digital products such as websites, apps and HMIs.
UX writing aims to create a bridge between human and machine by speaking the language that users understand and expect. In doing so, we focus on the needs of the user.
In contrast to copywriting, UX writing is not about bold advertising copy or product descriptions. Instead, the focus is on user guidance: UX texts guide users through functions and processes in a targeted and effective manner.
This includes button labelling, success and error messages, instructions and help texts as well as forms. The aim is always to create a smooth and pleasant usability.
UX testing (user experience testing) is a process in which the usability and general user experience of a product are evaluated.
The aim is to use methods such as usability tests, A/B tests and surveys to find out how well the product fulfils the needs and expectations of users.
During the tests, real users are observed and recorded as they interact with the product in order to identify potential for improvement. The collected data is analysed to identify problems and implement prioritised improvements. These consequently lead to better user satisfaction and loyalty.
The duration of a UX testing sprint is 1-2 weeks.
User-centred thinking and action must first be established in a company. This requires a culture that puts the needs of the customer at the centre.
User-centred principles should be integrated into internal processes and all departments – from product development to marketing – should be involved. This improves product quality in the long term, increases customer satisfaction and strengthens competitiveness.
In our UX/UI design process, we have combined the tools and steps from the areas of UX and UI, as the two disciplines are closely linked:
