The web-based, digital assistant ‘Guided Repair’ supports Vaillant and Saunier Duval customers if the water pressure in the boiler gets too low. Specifically: with refilling the boiler with water.
Previously, this problem could only be resolved by the manufacturer’s customer service. This caused effort and costs for both sides – even though this intervention was not strictly necessary. Refilling the boiler only requires a few clicks on the display.
Our digital assistant guides customers through the refilling process step by step. This means that refilling can be done easily and without additional costs.
