Already state of the art in the automotive industry, companies in the capital goods sector are now increasingly asking for customisation as well when new industrial machines are purchased. ENGEL therefore supports its sales team with a colour configurator, for whch we developed the UX/UI design. It makes it possible to configure the injection moulding machine together with the customer and according to their wishes with regard to CI colour painting. A 3D view of the machine with its paint finishes and variants supports the customer in their purchase decision and provides the sales team with a basis for preparing an offer.
