For more than a decade, we have been supporting our client ENGEL not only in the field of product design, but also with 3D visualisations. Renders and 3D animations for injection moulding machines assist ENGEL’s sales team and product management with their internal and external communication.

The arguments in favour of 3D visualisation and against a conventional photo or video shoot are obvious: Firstly, ENGEL machines are up to 25 metres long. Secondly, production halls generally do not offer ideal lighting and ambient conditions, and hardly allow any flexibility or possibilities for making changes to the result later on. 3D visualisations show even complex processes inside the machine in a clear and simple manner, and can depict areas that cannot be reached and viewed during operation for safety reasons. Motion graphics provide additional information. The results are 3D renders and animations of the highest quality, making it extremely difficult to tell the difference from a photo or video with the naked eye.
