3D animations by the expert in industrial communication

3D animations catch the eye of trade show visitors and are the ideal communication medium for trade shows to explain complex technical and large products as well as processes. But how exactly can 3D visualisations for trade shows be used to take full advantage of their diverse benefits?

Space is often a limiting factor in trade show booths, but a screen that can be easily integrated into the booth is sufficient to play 3D animations. Products can be depicted from all angles and the inside, individual machine parts can be hidden or highlighted, and we can zoom in on small parts in high resolution or zoom out to show an entire production facility and related processes. The possibilities are almost limitless.

VR installations & interactive applications 

Virtual Reality (VR) offers many advantages for trade show booths:

  • Interactive product presentation: With VR, visitors can interactively engage with the product. For example, they can virtually navigate through a machine to understand its functionality or try out different settings. This interactivity allows visitors to experience the product in a much deeper and more personal way than traditional presentation methods. This can enhance positive emotions and support purchase readiness.
  • Immersive visualisation of complex processes: The complex processes of industrial machines and processes can be visualised in an especially engaging way with VR, allowing the user to interact intuitively and based on their interests with the product. This makes it easier for visitors to understand the functionality and benefits of the product in relation to their own needs. Controlling what they see also resembles gaming and is simply fun.
  • Space savings at the booth: Compared to the physical presentation of industrial machines, a VR installation, like 3D animations, requires less space at the booth. This allows companies to present more products or product variants without excessively enlarging the booth.
  • Cost efficiency: Although developing a VR application initially involves costs, it can be more cost-effective in the long run than physically presenting products. This is particularly true if a company offers a wide range of products or regularly introduces new products. In these cases, VR installations provide a cost-effective way to present these. Similarly, hardware issues with product prototypes and the like can be avoided.

Brochures & flyers for trade shows – sustainably designed 

Virtual Reality and moving 3D visualisations at trade shows are impressive and enhance a booth – but you can’t take them with you. For this, traditional print materials are still very well-suited.

Modern brochures and flyers that are printed in high quality convey a positive impression and a valuable overview of the offered products and services. They are a good basis for comparing different products and trade show visitors can mark interesting products in the folder, etc.

Brochures and similar materials can, of course, also be used outside of trade shows. Once a flyer or other print product is designed, it can also be made available digitally: send it to interested parties electronically or make it available for download on your website.

Often, the products and processes presented at industrial trade shows are technically highly complex. Explaining them without supportive visualisations is nearly impossible. Similarly, in many cases, it is difficult to show technical processes using actual production machines.
